Summary
This is an opportunity for an experienced multimedia and visual designer who enjoys turning complex product workflows into explicit, intuitive, and visually engaging learning experiences. Based in Chennai and working as part of the global Orchestrator Education team,



you will own the end-to-end production of product walkthrough screencasts—from planning and screen capture through editing, motion, and final polish—and shape the visual design language that surrounds them: diagrams, UI callouts, iconography, thumbnails, and branded templates. With 3+ years of experience behind you, you will work independently on defined projects, take creative direction well, and raise the bar on how our content looks and feels. Your work directly influences how customers learn, adopt, and succeed with Genesys Cloud. If you are energized by craft, clarity, and measurable customer outcomes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and edit product walkthrough screencasts, UI demonstration videos, and scenario-based workflow tutorials—owning the full production cycle from storyboard and screen capture through editing, motion, and final export.
