What You'll Do
We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious Talent Sourcing Specialist to join BCG's APAC
Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. In this role,



you will lead proactive sourcing efforts for highpriority technology positions across India, with a strong focus on emerging and in-demand tech skill
areas including Generative AI, Digital Product Management, Software Engineering, and other
cutting-edge technology disciplines.
Working in close partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you will own the end-to-end
sourcing strategy — from market mapping and talent intelligence to candidate engagement and
pipeline development — ensuring BCG continues to attract world-class technology talent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead proactive sourcing for critical technology roles across BCG India, spanning Generative AI,
Digital Product, Full-Stack Engineering, Data Science, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Platform
Engineering.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to define role requirements, ideal
candidate profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies for each
