What You Will Do
Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for customer-facing digital experiences, including the corporate website, customized participant web experiences, and sales demonstration platforms.
Serve as the senior engineering leader for Digital Marketing, partnering with Marketing, Product Management, Design, Content, Sales, Architecture, Security, and other business and technology stakeholders.




Define and execute technology strategies and roadmaps for digital marketing platforms, balancing business priorities with modernization, reliability, performance, security, accessibility, scalability, and technical debt.
Provide engineering leadership for modern web platforms, including enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), reusable web components, scalable content publishing, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities.
Partner with Marketing and Product Management to translate customer, brand, content, and business objectives into scalable technology solutions, engineering priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Identify and drive opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI to digital experiences, content operations, search, personalization, marketing workflows, automation, and engineering productivity.
