Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to oversee secured credit operations in our Manchirial branch. This role involves managing the entire credit lifecycle for secured loans, from assessment and approval to monitoring and recovery, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the secured credit portfolio in the Manchirial region, ensuring healthy growth and sound asset quality.
* Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments for secured loan applications, including property, vehicle, and other asset-backed financing.
* Approve, reject, or recommend credit proposals based on comprehensive financial analysis, collateral valuation, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Monitor existing secured loan accounts for early warning signals, identifying and managing potential delinquencies and non-performing assets.




* Develop and implement strategies for effective loan recovery and resolution of stressed assets.
* Train, mentor, and supervise a team of credit officers, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
* Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, credit quality, and risk metrics to senior management.
* Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape affecting the secured lending industry.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or qualified certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is a plus.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit management, with a significant focus on secured lending, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
