Role overview & Key responsibilities:

PadCare is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern [Key Accounts] Intern to join our Customer Success team in Mumbai.

This is a 6-month internship designed to give you hands-on exposure to corporate account management within India's first-
of-its-kind menstrual hygiene management ecosystem. Based on performance, the internship will convert into a full time
role via a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). You'll work closely with senior Key Account Managers to support service delivery,
client communication, and reporting for PadCare's corporate accounts.

Scope of Work

Account Support & Service Coordination
• Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with assigned corporate accounts, acting as a support point of contact for
client queries and requests.
• Track service performance at client sites and flag any deviations or issues to the reporting Key Account Manager.

Client Communication & Relationship Building
• Support scheduling and preparation for client meetings, check-ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).




• Draft client-facing communication, follow-ups, and meeting notes under guidance from senior team members.
• Help maintain strong day-to-day rapport with on-ground client stakeholders such as Admin and Facility teams.

Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and share impact reports, recycling certificates, and other client documentation on a regular cadence.
• Maintain accurate account records, trackers, and dashboards in the CRM and internal tools.
• Support the compilation of usage and impact data to help clients with their ESG and sustainability reporting needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with Operations, Impact, and Marketing teams to resolve client escalations quickly and effectively.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to contribute to service and process improvements.
