Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Job Overview:The Line Leader is responsible for supervising and leading a team of production workers to ensure the efficient, protected, and quality-focused operation of the production line.



This role includes overseeing day-to-day production activities, maintaining productivity, ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Roles and Responsibilites:

Identify and address issues that may affect production, such as equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or bottlenecks. Communicate with maintenance or engineering teams to ensure quick resolutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production goals
Ensure that all products meet company and industry quality standards. Conduct quality checks and audits as needed.
perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize down time
Provide year over year Equipment / Process performance improvement (e.g. cycle time reduction, OEE improvement)
Responsible for the initiation, planning, implementation & control of the activity in his / her area of responsibility
