Position: Business Development Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to call potential clients, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and generate meetings for the agency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making a high volume of calls, and understands that follow-up is where business actually happens.

You will be the first point of contact between We Are Purple Cow and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.

Connect with founders,



business owners, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers.

Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify potential opportunities.

Introduce We Are Purple Cow and communicate our services clearly.

Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.

Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior business/creative team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Reconnect with old, inactive, and missed leads to generate current opportunities.

Work closely with the Business Development and Creative teams to move qualified leads forward.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting-generation targets.
