Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Vadodara. The Reporter will research and gather information from multiple sources, including interviews, press releases, events, and digital channels, to develop accurate and timely news stories and features related to Captec’s technologies, markets, and customers.



Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clear and engaging reports, preparing articles for internal and external publications, and collaborating with technical and commercial teams to ensure content is factually correct and aligned with organizational objectives. The role involves creating multimedia content where needed, such as basic visuals or supporting materials, and adapting stories for different platforms and audiences. The Reporter will also monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify relevant topics and opportunities for coverage.
Qualifications
Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to analyze information and produce accurate, concise stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interview stakeholders and present complex topics clearly.
