Role & Responsibilities
Handle GL Posting and R2R Accounting
Manage AP, AR, invoices, payments, and receipts
Prepare and review monthly financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Work on Yardi/RealPage and QuickBooks Online
Handle vendor management and utility bill monitoring
Research and resolve accounting issues
Support audits, reporting, and special projects




Communicate with US clients and property managers
Requirements
Qualified CA; CMA/CPA/USCPA preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience
Solid knowledge of accounting and GL
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in US/PST time zones
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
