? JOB PROFILE
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our True Health Checkup process as a Health Checkup Sales Executive / Telecaller.
The main responsibility of the candidate will be to contact customers from the provided leads, understand their requirements, explain our available health checkup packages, and convert interested customers into confirmed bookings.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Call customers from the leads provided by the company.
• Understand the customer's health checkup requirements.
• Clearly explain available health checkup packages, tests, pricing and benefits.
• Answer customer questions and provide complete package information.
• Recommend suitable health checkup packages according to customer requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers and handle queries professionally.
• Convert leads into confirmed health checkup bookings.
• Collect the required customer details accurately for booking.
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead status records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/booking targets.
• Provide a polite, professional and customer-friendly experience.
