About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical hiring across Cimpress.



You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, interviewers, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top engineering talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and delivering against hiring goals.

What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, define sourcing strategies, and develop recruitment plans.
Source, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate candidates' technical background, experience, and overall role fit.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, interviewers, and Hiring Managers.
