A leading multinational FMCG company is looking for a sales professional to drive distribution, brand availability, and revenue growth across Kurnool and nearby smaller cities. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in FMCG sales, possess deep local market awareness, and have experience handling specialized product categories (e.g., Nutrition, Beverages, Baby Care).
Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory (Kurnool and surrounding towns).
* Manage distributor networks, key retail accounts, and local trade channels in the FMCG segment.
* Identify growth opportunities, expand retail coverage, and optimize beat/route planning.




* Track market trends, stock movement, and competitor activity within local markets.
Experience: 4 to 7 years in FMCG front-line sales. Prior experience in Nutrition, Infant Care, Foods, or Beverages is highly preferred.
* Territory Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Kurnool's local retail topography, dealer networks, and distribution dynamics.
* Languages: Fluency in the local regional language (Telugu) and working proficiency in English.
