Key Responsibilities
- Handle Australian immigration and migration cases, visa applications, refusals, and appeals.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, submissions, appeals, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
- Handle matters related to immigration, contracts, criminal law, matrimonial disputes, service matters, cyber law, appeals, and writs.
- Represent clients before High Court, District & Sessions Courts, where applicable.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide case updates.
- Stay updated with Australian immigration laws, policies, and legal developments.

Requirements
- LLB/LLM with relevant legal experience.
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in Australian migration/immigration law.
- Robust legal drafting, research, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Australian visa and migration procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
