What would you do Provide high-volume administrative support for interviews, assessments, documentation follow-ups, manual data entry/updates, and training access coordination (where needed); ensure accurate records and SLA adherence on scheduling, assessment sends, and turnaround times.Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a robust and capable workforce.Filter applications using screening methodology to ensure the right skills are evaluated and the selected candidates have the right competencies to do the job.
Ensure proper training of interviewers and conduct reference, certification and background checks.
