About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in India and drive paid acquisition initiatives for the Overseas market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms, leveraging data to optimize performance, and scaling customer acquisition while maintaining profitability.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant advertising platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for international market.
- Own the end-to-end media buying process, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and scaling winning campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate (CVR), CTR, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and Revenue.
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Content, Product,



and Tech teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets tailored to speciffic geography consumers.
- Continuously identify recent advertising opportunities, audience segments, platforms, and growth levers while maintaining profitability and achieving business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, AI-powered advertising tools, and best practices, proactively recommending strategies to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing, preferably managing campaigns for any international market.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
