Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our development team.

This role is ideal for a front-end expert with deep knowledge of Angular (various versions of Angular from v8.x to current version) especially the Framework internals and robust JavaScript skills Also, a hands-on knowledge of Website Performance Measurement (Google Core Web Vitals), Reporting and Optimization (of LCP, CLS and INP) is must for this role Understanding of Micro-Frontends, Fundamental understanding of React (Framework Internals), AlpineJS, SEO will be an added advantage

You will lead and guide a Development Team on below areas: o Provide guidance on Best Practices o Provide Technical Solutioning o Contribute to Strategic Technical Decisions o Align to Long-Term Vision of Key Stakeholders Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable Angular applications.

Conduct thorough performance profiling,



reporting (Google Core Web Vitals) and optimization of front-end code and application workflows. Lead efforts in identifying and resolving architectural and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, DevOps) to define and execute project strategies. Create and implement strategies to overcome development setbacks, whether technical or process-related.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Stay current with evolving Angular best practices, emerging technologies, and front end trends.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility across all UI features. Maintain and improve codebase with a focus on long-term maintainability and performance. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical documentation and RCA of Production Issues
