Position Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and result-oriented AIF Fund Raising professional to drive capital mobilisation for the firm's AIF products through both Direct Client Acquisition and B2B/B2C Channel Sales.

The individual will be responsible for developing relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices and affluent clients while simultaneously building a robust distribution network comprising Wealth Managers, IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, Financial Advisors and other relevant intermediaries.

The role requires a combination of consultative selling, investor relationship management, channel development and strong understanding of AIF/alternative investment products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Client Sales B2C
- Identify, acquire and develop relationships with HNI, UHNI and affluent investors.
- Generate direct leads for AIF investments through personal network, references, events and market outreach.
- Understand investor objectives, risk appetite, asset allocation requirements and investment preferences.




- Present and articulate the AIF investment thesis, strategy, structure, risk factors and potential returns to prospective investors.
- Conduct investor meetings, product presentations and investment discussions.
- Build long-term relationships with existing investors and identify opportunities for additional investments and referrals.
- Maintain a high-quality investor pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up through the complete investment cycle.
- Coordinate with investment, operations, compliance and senior management teams for smooth investor onboarding and documentation.
- Develop a strong HNI/UHNI investor franchise for the organisation.

2. Channel Sales – B2B
- Develop and manage relationships with Wealth Management Firms, Private Banks, IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Family Offices, Financial Advisors and other distribution partners.
