- Experience: 12+ years in large-scale industrial construction projects Lead end-to-end construction of a greenfield solar cell manufacturing facility
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams for seamless execution
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site
- Oversee contractor selection, vendor management, and in office workforce supervision
- Interface with government authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals
- Prepare progress reports and present to executive leadership regularly
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Drive operational readiness and handover to plant operations team
- Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification preferred
