Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in managing MEP projects in the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of building services such as HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures etc. .
- Proven track record in project execution with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
