Job Summary

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, resolving basic queries, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role is suitable for a fresher who has strong communication skills and is comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
- Guide customers on the usage of SANeForce products and services.




- Coordinate with the internal technical/product teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
- Support customer onboarding and provide necessary assistance during implementation.
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant inputs with the internal team.
- Achieve assigned customer support and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills Qualifications
