We are a fast-paced design and print studio handling everything from corporate and ministry stationery to custom wedding designs. We are looking for a hybrid Graphic Designer and Studio Coordinator who can act as the bridge between our clients and our production floor. If you have great design skills but also love organizing workflows and talking to clients, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and incoming WhatsApp leads.
- Understand client requirements, provide quotes, and collect advance payments.
- Log jobs into our digital tracking system and assign tasks to the design team.
- Step in to do design work during busy periods.
- Ensure all artwork meets strict print-ready standards (converting fonts to curves, checking vector quality,



managing bleeds).
- Quality-check the final output before it goes to the finishing team.

Requirements:
- CorelDRAW is a must. You must be highly proficient in vector-based design and print preparation.
- Solid communication skills to handle client approvals and manage the shop floor traffic.
- A highly organized mindset—you don't let WhatsApp messages or deadlines slip through the cracks.
- Prior experience in a printing press or busy design studio is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,334.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
