We are looking for a skilled Title Search Analyst / Title Examiner with experience in US Title Search operations, including Texas (TX), California (CA), Florida (FL), and Nationwide searches.

The candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive title searches, reviewing property records, identifying title issues, and examining easements affecting the Property in Question (PIQ).

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Full Title Searches (FL Searches) for residential and commercial properties.
- Examine ownership history, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, and other encumbrances.
- Review and identify easements, restrictions, rights-of-way, and exceptions from recorded maps, plats, and survey documents.
- Analyze chain of title and identify title defects or curative requirements.
- Conduct title searches for properties across TX, CA, FL, and Nationwide jurisdictions.
- Prepare accurate title reports and maintain search documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, state regulations, and quality standards.

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in US Title Search/Title Examination.
- Experience handling Texas, California, Florida, and Nationwide title search orders.
- Exposure to title curative, commitments, and title production processes.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
