Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service operations for CNC/VMC machines.
- Oversee machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize machine uptime.
- Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians across assigned territories.
- Handle critical breakdowns and provide technical guidance for complex machine issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, technical complaints, and maintenance requirements.
- Analyze recurring machine problems and implement root-cause and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Spares, Sales, and Technical teams for service resolution.
- Monitor service response time, first-time fix rate, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage spare-parts requirements, service tools, and inventory planning.
- Review service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims,



and customer complaints.
- Support AMC/CMC renewals, service contracts, and revenue-generating after-sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, service procedures, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical feedback to the engineering/product teams for machine improvement.
- Prepare service MIS, performance reports, and management dashboards.
