Leather bag Production Manager / Production In-Charge

We are hiring

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bag Production Manager / production In-Charge to join our leather goods export factory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete bag production process from order to finished product.
- Ensure bags are produced according to buyer requirements, approved samples, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams and workers to achieve timely completion of orders.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations.

Candidate Requirements:




- Previous experience in leather bag / leather goods production is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bag manufacturing and production processes.
- Hardworking, honest, responsible, and dedicated.
- Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to quality.

Salary: Negotiable and will be offered based on experience, skill, and talent.
