Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify recent business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for their general insurance needs.
- Process new policies, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company procedures.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products such as home loans.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of various types of general insurance products (e.g., health, motor, property) and ability to communicate effectively about them.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently from an office location.
