- Experience in managing teams and driving institutional placement strategies.

About the Role

ITM Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Placement Head PG Programs to lead placement and corporate relations activities for Postgraduate (PG) Programs. The role requires a strategic qualified with strong industry connections, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving placements, internships,



and corporate engagement for management and specialized postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities

Placements & Career Services (PG)
- Lead and execute placement strategies for postgraduate students across various disciplines.
- • Drive final placements, summer internships, live projects, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
- • Ensure achievement of placement targets in line with institutional goals and industry benchmarks.

Corporate Relations & Business Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and industry stakeholders across leading organizations.
- • Expand and maintain a robust corporate network to create quality placement opportunities for PG students.
- • Identify emerging industry sectors and establish strategic partnerships for recruitment and internships.
