We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern or Fresher who is eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing requirements
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate pursuing/completed studies
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English,
Hindi, Punjabi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
