Role & responsibilities :

1. Responsible for achieving monthly Targeted Volume of sales in existing stores and opening of new stores in various territory.

2. Responsible for identifying and expanding foot prints into new locations and new relevant developing markets.

3. Responsible for achieving the franchisee ROI as per the budgets by implementing the sales & marketing activities to increase the turnover

4. Responsible for validating the area feasibility, logistic feasibility before finalization of new store.

5. Responsible for on boarding and appointment of new franchisees and guide/mentor/educate them on their roles and responsibilities.

6. Coordinate with marketing, HR, production, SCM and business development team for seamless own retail operations

7. Responsible to plan and implement the marketing strategies to improve the sales and work closely with the field team to provide guidance and inputs

8. Ensure consistent brand presence across all stores and adhere to the terms of trade

9.



Maintain healthy professional relationship with franchisees and adhere to in-store process SOPs.

10. Continuous benchmark of industry practices in relevant fields and provide recommendations.

11. Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to the respective domain.

12. Responsible for better performance of team members by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting explicit KRAs and providing inputs for development.

13. Responsible for motivating and developing team members to effectively deliver their responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand store retail and franchisee handling and Business expansion experience.

2. Knowledge of Business Acumen, team management, customer handling tactics.

3. Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills.

4. Effective networking and negotiation skills.
