Job Description – Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and digitally savvy Graphic Designer who can develop compelling visual content for our brand across social media, digital advertising, print, promotional campaigns and internal communications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout and social media design, along with the ability to convert marketing ideas into visually engaging creatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Create posts, stories, reels covers, promotional banners and campaign creatives.
- Develop visually engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

2. Advertising & Marketing Materials
- Design creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop promotional banners, brochures, flyers,



posters, standees and other marketing collateral.
- Create franchise marketing materials, offer creatives and campaign communication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

3. Branding
- Follow and maintain the company's brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in the use of logos, colours, fonts, imagery and other brand elements.
- Develop creative concepts for new campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across online and offline communication.

4. Video & Motion Graphics
- Create basic promotional videos, reels and motion graphics.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Add text, transitions, music and visual elements to marketing videos.
- Collaborate with the content team for video and reel requirements.

5. Creative Campaign Development
- Convert marketing briefs into creative concepts.
