Senior Sales Person – Job Role

1. Sales & Revenue
- Handle sales of residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.

2. Lead Management
- Handle leads received through digital marketing, portals, references and walk-ins.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up with every prospective customer.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads.

3. Site Visits & Customer Handling
- Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans and offers.
- Conduct professional site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Booking & Documentation
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Accounts and other departments for bookings.
- Assist customers with booking forms,



payment processes and required documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to booking.

5. Team Support & Leadership
- Guide and support junior sales executives.
- Share successful sales techniques and market feedback with the team.
- Help the Sales Manager monitor team leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Take responsibility for assigned projects/locations when required.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, offers and market trends.
- Provide regular feedback about customer expectations and market conditions.
- Identify recent sales opportunities and potential customer segments.

7. Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales pipeline.
- Report challenges, customer feedback and potential closures to the reporting manager.
