Performance Marketing Executive

If you love diving into ad accounts, obsess over ROAS, and have experience spending real budgets (₹10L+/month) for brands - we want to talk to you.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and ROAS
- Experience with e-commerce brands preferred
- Analytical mindset and performance-driven approach

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta & Google
- Scale customer acquisition and online sales
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives
