We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Executive who has good practical knowledge of the IndiaMART platform, lead management, and client communication. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling IndiaMART inquiries, communicating with potential customers, and converting leads into genuine business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads and inquiries on a daily basis.
- Handle telecalling and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and messages.
- Manage and organize leads effectively through the IndiaMART platform.
- Build valuable relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Work towards improving lead conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience as an IndiaMART Executive / Telecaller / Lead Management Executive.
- Strong practical knowledge of the IndiaMART platform.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in IndiaMART lead management and follow-up.
- Confident in telecalling and handling customer queries.
- Good negotiation and conversion skills.
- Candidates with experience in gemstones, jewelry, or related products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
