*Role Title:* Sales training Manger- Ortho- Joint replacement

*Business Unit:* Zydus MedTech – Ortho

*Reports to:* Marketing Manger

Role Summary:

As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Joint replacement /Robotics and Navigation training programs that enhance the effectiveness and performance of our sales team.

Your role will involve close collaboration with sales leadership to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-impact training sessions.

This position is integral to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, helping our sales force stay ahead of market trends and achieve outstanding results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team
- Assess training needs through surveys, observations, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with organizational goals




- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Provide individualized coaching and support to sales team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Create training materials and resources, such as manuals, guides, and videos
- Organize continuous learning opportunities and refresher courses
- Facilitate onboarding training for current sales hires
- Work with HR to ensure training compliance with company policies
- Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery
- Promote a positive and engaging learning environment
- Manage the training budget and resources efficiently

Education&skill;

Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 Years Experience.

Knowledge of Joint replacement-specific sales techniques and strategies

Proven track record of improving sales performance through training

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
