Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and PAN India campus hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle End-to-End Recruitment: JD Posting → Candidate Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Selection → Onboarding → Closure.
- Manage PAN India Recruitment requirements.
- Source and filter candidates through recruitment and sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for campus recruitment.
- Plan and conduct placement drives at colleges and institutions.
- Travel across PAN India for college visits, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and smooth candidate onboarding.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
