Role Overview:-

We are seeking a driven Manager – Business Development to expand our client's footprint in the herbal extracts and botanical ingredients space. This role is central to strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company's high-value herbal and Ayurvedic products in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive business development initiatives across existing accounts and new client acquisition
- Own the sales pipeline — from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closure
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely updates and alignment on business development activities
- Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct structured market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and untapped segments
- Position and promote the company's herbal extract and botanical products to meet and anticipate client requirements
- Represent the organization across trade forums, industry events,



and client meetings to build brand visibility

- High energy, ownership mindset, and a strong collaborative work ethic
- Comfortable adapting across energetic business environments and evolving client needs
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and digital/social media savvy
- Confident engaging stakeholders across levels, from plant operations personnel to senior leadership
- Working knowledge of the Ayurvedic, herbal extract, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM-driven sales processes
