Job Description – Sr. HR Executive

Designation: Sr. HR Executive
Reports To: HR Head / Director

Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities, employee records, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and shift-related issues.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, deductions, and final settlements.
- Handle EPFO, ESIC, gratuity, leave, and other statutory HR-related activities.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, memos, notices, and other HR documents.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate employee induction, training,



performance appraisal, and competency documentation.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with hospital policies and NABH requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee performance.
- Support HR audits and maintain proper records for statutory and NABH inspections.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and other management-related data.
- Perform any other HR duties assigned by the HR Head / Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience; hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of HR operations, payroll, EPFO, ESIC, and labour compliance.
