- Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in agency management, sales, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of the health insurance industry and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with team management and coaching is an asset.
