Role & responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate recent ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product ideation, product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze data to get meaningful customer and business insights
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Preferred candidate profile
- Ability to use AI capabilities and AIdriven insights to inform product decisions, optimize development processes, and drive innovative solutions.




- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); proven ability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.
- Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
- Having knowledge and understanding of various technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Understanding of AI tools, latest technology stacks and APIs is plus
