Role Overview:-

Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in the industrial B2B space? Sure Safety India is looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to drive PPE and industrial safety product sales across Vadodara and South Gujarat (Surat / Vapi region). This is an exciting opportunity to own a high-growth territory, work directly with EPC and industrial clients, and build a strong dealer network from the ground up — all while representing a trusted, established brand in the safety products space.

What You'll Do:-
- Drive B2B sales across industrial, EPC, and project-based client segments
- Promote PPE products through on-site visits, live demonstrations, and client presentations
- Own and consistently achieve sales targets by executing well-planned sales strategies
- Build, strengthen, and expand a dealer and distributor network across your territory
- Nurture and grow key customer accounts into long-term, high-value relationships
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs




- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and plan ahead

What We're Looking For:-
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in PPE, fire safety, or industrial products
- Proven experience working with industrial or EPC project clients
- Solid communicator with sharp negotiation and relationship-building instincts
- Comfortable with regular field travel across Vadodara and South Gujarat (Surat/Vapi)
- A self-starter who can manage a territory independently while hitting targets consistently

Preferred Background:-

Candidates with experience at organizations such as Midas Safety India, Mallcom India, ACME Universal, VENUS Safety & Health, KARAM Safety, Honeywell Safety India, 3M India (Safety Division), Ansell India, or similar PPE/industrial safety companies will be strongly preferred.
