Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transportation and shipment operations.
- Plan and schedule deliveries; oversee loading/unloading.
- Coordinate with 3PL vendors, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Communicate with clients regarding deliveries and delays.
- Manage inventory, warehousing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle e-way bills, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Resolve delays, damages, complaints, and operational issues.
- Monitor and optimize freight, warehousing, and manpower costs.
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare MIS/reports for management.
- Travel up to 2 days/week within Bangalore to warehouses.
- Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics/transportation/supply chain.
- Skills: Logistics/Inventory software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
