Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead to establish and lead comprehensive quality assurance processes for our creative educational platform. You will lead a team of 1-2 QA engineers and be responsible for ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of a complex multi-modal learning system. This role requires expertise in educational technology testing, accessibility compliance, and managing quality across integrated systems including web applications, APIs, and gaming platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities QA Leadership Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 QA engineers
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies for educational platform across multiple user personas
- Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria for three major MVP releases




- Collaborate with Product Manager and Technical Lead on quality requirements and testing timelines
- Drive QA best practices and standards across the offshore development team

Test Planning Execution
- Design test plans for complex educational workflows including adaptive learning algorithms
- Create comprehensive test cases for data analytics and cross-platform data synchronization
- Develop testing strategies for gaming services
- Plan and execute security testing for international data privacy compliance (FERPA, GDPR)
- Coordinate accessibility testing to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance

Automated Testing Implementation
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Jest and Azure Functions Emulator.
- Build integration test suites for Azure Cosmos DB and server(less) backend APIs.
