About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create engaging, high-quality visual communication across social media, performance marketing, engagement campaigns, and business deliverables.The ideal candidate should combine strong design fundamentals with an understanding of audience behaviour, marketing objectives, platform-specific creative requirements, and AI-powered creative workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Engagement
- Create engaging creatives for social platforms.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and other social-first formats.
- Develop creative concepts that drive engagement, shares, saves, comments, and brand awareness.
- Translate content and campaign ideas into visually compelling creatives.
- Adapt designs based on platform, audience, and content objective.

Performance Marketing
- Design creatives for acquisition, conversion, retargeting, and performance campaigns.
- Develop multiple creative variations for testing different hooks, messaging, layouts, and visual directions.




- Design creatives across different formats and dimensions for digital advertising platforms.

Campaigns & Brand
- Develop visual concepts and design systems for brand campaigns, product campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Create campaign master creatives and adapt them across multiple platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual language.
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming and campaign conceptualisation.

Business Deliverables
- Create skilled visual assets for presentations, reports, internal communication, events, webinars, partnerships, sales, and business requirements.
- Design marketing collaterals, banners, standees, event creatives, emailers, and other business communication assets.
- Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
