1 Design

i. Layout Planning

ii. Interior Look & Design Concept

iii. 3 D Renders

iv. Materials & Sampling

2 Measured Drawing and Site Report

3. Client Co-ordination:-

I. Communication and coordinating with the client for

approvals.

ii. MOMs

4 BOQs:-

i. Vendor & Client BOQs

ii. As Built BOQs..

5. Technical Working Drawings

Required Candidate profile:

1. Diploma / Bachelors in Interiors or Architecture from a Reputed College. Full Time Course.
2. Minimum experience in Corporate Interiors of 5-10+ years.
3. Good Design and Conceptualizing skills.
4. Ability to visualize in 3-Dimension.
5. Valuable co-ordination and communication skills.
6. Well versed in English, spoken and written.
7. Client & Vendor handling skills.
8. Efficient, Honest and Hardworking.
