As a Sales Advisor - Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, Salesforce CRM governance, commercial planning, forecasting, and Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes.



Serve as the ITO focal point for business reviews and ensure data integrity across commercial and enterprise systems (CRM, SFDC, ERP, and related platforms).
- Managing products, services, and solutions that require in-depth technical expertise and understanding of customer operating environments. Provide technical and commercial guidance to support customer requirements and business growth objectives.
- Driving complex sales opportunities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop commercially competitive proposals by integrating technical, economic, operational, logistical, and financial considerations.
- Own and manage strategic customer relationships for designated product lines, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams to address customer requirements, evaluate local market conditions, and develop growth strategies.
