YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- You'll be working closely with the founder, which means real visibility into how a growing strategy-led agency operates, how deals get closed, and how a business development function is built and scaled.
- You'll be generating qualified leads across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, referrals, and networking, so you'll always have a few channels running at once.
- A big part of the role is understanding people before you understand their business, so you'll be booking discovery calls, having real conversations with founders and decision-makers,



and figuring out where the agency can genuinely help.
- You'll present the agency's services with confidence, put together customised proposals alongside the Founder, and follow up consistently until the deal actually closes, not just until it goes quiet.
- You'll keep the sales pipeline and CRM in order, and once a client signs on, you'll make sure the handover to the delivery team is smooth so nothing gets lost in translation.
- As you settle in, you'll start spotting current markets, industries, and partnership opportunities, and building a referral network with photographers, PR agencies, developers, and other strategic partners who move in the same circles.
- You'll work closely with the founder on strategy, pitches, and key client meetings, and coordinate with the creative and strategy teams so every proposal feels joined-up.
