Position: Electrical & Automation Technician
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve VFD/Drive-related issues.
- Perform motor maintenance, testing, and fault diagnosis.
- Handle control panel wiring, modification, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot sensors, proximity switches, limit switches, and other field devices.
- Perform electrical fault finding and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain servo drives and servo motors.
- Work on HMI systems for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Handle basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems troubleshooting.
- Understand and troubleshoot relay logic and control circuits.




- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain safety standards.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of PLC, VFD, HMI, Servo Drives and Electrical Control Systems.
- Good understanding of control panel wiring and electrical circuits.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and control diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
