The Chance
We are looking for an SAP BTP Manager to join the EY GDS – TechOps Team. As part of our EY GDS – TechOps team, BTP Manager will design and implement cloud-native applications, integrations, and extensions using the SAP Business Technology Platform (CAP, BTP, Kyma, Integration Suite) to drive digital transformation. You will lead client workshops, mentor junior team members, ensure system scalability, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize applications to deliver seamless global operations support to global clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
- At least 3+ years of experience in BTP
- Worked as architect for scalable, cloud-native applications and extensions on SAP BTP using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js/Java, and Cloud Foundry/Kyma runtimes.
- Proven experience in designing complex integrations, cloud applications, and security architectures.
- Solution Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, from requirement gathering to implementation, focusing on scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Understanding of SAP Functional modules and busin
