We are looking for a creative Presentation Designer to create premium and visually engaging presentations for our floral décor, wedding planning, and event management company. The role involves transforming event concepts, floral designs, venue ideas, mood boards, proposals, and client requirements into polished presentations that support sales and communicate our creative vision.

The designer will also use AI tools to improve presentation workflows, generate creative concepts, develop visual references, organize content, and create initial slide layouts—while applying human judgment to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, elegance, and skilled quality. AI-generated content must be reviewed, fact-checked, and refined before delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design client proposals, wedding décor concepts, floral design presentations, mood boards, and event pitch decks.
- Convert ideas, images, sketches, and written briefs into attractive presentation layouts.
- Use PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.




- Use AI tools to generate presentation outlines, design directions, visual concepts, image references, and draft slides.
- Maintain consistent use of brand colours, fonts, layouts, imagery, and storytelling.
- Select and edit high-quality floral, wedding, venue, and décor images.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Revise presentations based on client or management feedback.
- Check all text, images, prices, dates, names, and project details before final delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong visual design and presentation-making skills.
- Good understanding of colour, typography, spacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating presentations for weddings, events, décor, hospitality, luxury brands, or related industries is preferred.
