- Carry out daily sheet pasting/lamination work on lift panels and ceiling panels.
- Measure and cut sheets accurately as per required dimensions.
- Ensure proper alignment, pasting, finishing, and quality of sheets.
- Prepare and clean the panel surface before applying sheets.
- Handle adhesive, cutting tools, and carpentry tools safely.
- Check finished panels for wrinkles, air bubbles, gaps, and uneven edges.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
- Take care of carpentry tools and materials and report shortages or damage.
- Coordinate with the production team to complete panel work as per schedule.
- During free time, support production work as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist production workers in material handling, fitting, cutting, assembly, and other related activities when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Complete assigned work within the required time and maintain valuable workmanship.
