Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service operations for CNC/VMC machines.
- Plan and supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown activities.
- Lead, guide, and monitor service engineers and technicians.
- Handle critical technical issues and provide support for complex machine breakdowns.
- Coordinate with customers to understand and resolve service complaints.
- Monitor service response time, machine downtime, repeat complaints, and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers, PLCs, servo drives, spindle systems, and related electrical/mechanical systems.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with spare-parts, production, engineering, sales, and technical teams.




- Manage spare-parts requirements and ensure availability of critical components.
- Review service reports, breakdown records, warranty claims, and maintenance documentation.
- Support AMC/CMC renewals and other after-sales service business opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring machine issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to service engineers and customer maintenance teams.
- Prepare service MIS and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service procedures.
